SPERMATOZOA QUALITY AFTER GRANTING LEAF LEAVES IN THE GROWTH OF WHITE CHILDREN WHITE POTTER
Funding period : 2017- Active
Abstrak
The purpose of this
study was to determine the quality of spermatozoa rat boys in the growth period
after giving the leaves leaf kelor. The method used in this study was a
randomized block design (RBD) and divided into 4 groups of treatment giving the
leaves of Moringa leaves with different doses in which each group consisted of
10 male white rats, namely the control group (K0) given aquades , the test
group 1 (K1) was administered with leaf of Moringa leaf at a dose of 50mg / kg,
the test group 2 (K2) was administered with a dose of 75 ml / kg, the test
group 3 (K3) was administered with moringa leaves at dose of 100 mg / kg , in
each male rats were given 1 ml Moringa leaf steam orally according to the dose
of treatment for 30 days. observation of antifertility parameters (number of
spermatozoa, spermatozoa morphology, mortality and viability) in each treatment
group were then processed statistically. ). The result of one-way ANOVA and
Kruskal Wallis test is followed by multiple comparison test of LSD (Least
Significant Different) and Chi Square Test if the data analysis shows
significant difference (p≤0,05). The results showed that giving of leaf of
Moringa leaf with dose 50mg / kg and 75mg / kg can improve spermatozoa quality
significantly p≤0,05) but with dose 100mg / kg there was a significant decrease
of spermatozoa quality (p≤0,05) control.
