The research method used is descriptive method by means of direct collection using insect nets to be identified. The results showed that the number of dragonfly species found around the Latu Dam were 7 species included in 2 families with relative abundance Orthetrum Sabina (47%), Pantala flavescens(44%), Neurothermis terminate (4%), Agriocnemis femina (2%), Neurothemis ramburii, Orthetrum chrysis dan Aethriamanta brevipennis masing masing 1%. Dragonfly distribution patterns 4 species clustering and 3 random species. The dragonfly diversity index is very low (H = 1.04) and the use of dragonfly nymphs by farmers is used as a side dish for sale and the sale of live dragonfly nymphs to meet the needs of the dragonfly garden in Kemenuh Village, Gianyar Regency.
