Making Prototype Arduino Uno Based Water Turbidity Measuring Instrument With LCD Display LMB16A

Abstrak

Has made measuring tools turbidity level of the water by using a phototransistor sensor-based Arduino Uno. The working principle of measuring devices are fabricated using nephelometric method is the primary sensor component consists of a phototransistor as the detector and LED as a light source is designed such that the 90 ° position (upright position). Measuring tool created works by utilizing light scattering by particles that are in the water. The intensity of light passing through the scattering of particles is detected by a phototransistor sensor system (detector) which provide analog signals of stress. The incoming voltage to be processed in an Arduino Uno and the results obtained are converted into NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) and displayed on 2x16 LCD. Limit measurement tool is obtainable turbidity levels between 0 NTU - 100 NTU.
