Peptide based antioxidant supplements from chiken skin protein hydrolyzate

This research ulillizes  extracted peptide chiken skin used as an antioxidant. Chiken skin is known protein to obtined  peptide. The Peptide is then  tested for antioxidant power by the DPPH methode. The results of study will be able to find out how the antioxidant power of the peptide contain of the chiken skin.
