Funding period : 2019- Active
Abstrak
Subak is the cultural
heritage of Bali in the form of an irrigation system that regulates the
distribution of water management based on the mindset of harmony and
togetherness based on formal and non-formal rules and religious values, arranged
properly and flexibly on this subak system in Bali . Subak Yehembang is a subak
in Jembrana Regency which was established in 1919 with an area of 414,416
hectares that still adheres to the Tri Hita Karana concept which is fortified
with strong awig awig (Regulations) that govern the fields based on Religion.
This research was conducted in the irrigation waters of Subak Yehembang taken
at 4 location points, namely primary channel (SP), secondary channel (SK)
tertiary channel (ST) and estuary channel (SIM). Water sampling is carried out
twice, namely in the rainy and dry seasons with the same method and location so
that the number of samples taken is 8 samples. The sampling technique is done
by Purposive Sampling, the Analysis Method is done in two ways namely in-situ
and the Laboratory is analyzed at the Analytical and Microbiology Laboratory of
Udayana University. The level of feasibility of the results is matched with
Class 1 Water Quality Standards based on Pergub Bali No. 16 of 2016, whereas the
status of water quality is determined by the Storet Method based on the Decree
of the Minister of Environment No. 115 of 2003. The results of the study
concluded that the quality of waters of the Subak Yehembang Irrigation Water in
the rainy and dry seasons there were 3 parameters namely DO, BOD5, and Coliform
Bacteria leveling the first grade water quality standards. The results of the
analysis of the status of the waters showed that the waters of the Subak
Yehembang Irrigation Water during the rainy and dry seasons were all at 4
points classified as being moderately polluted
