Study of Utilization of Moringa oleifera Leaf in Ration Containing Rice Hull Suplemented with Starpig on Performance, Production and Carcases Quality of Bali Duck

Increased productivity in the livestock sector requires relatively high feed ingredients with high feed costs. The use of agricultural industrial waste such as rice hull is an alternative source of feed, besides the addition of Moringa and strapig leaf which contain nutrients that are needed by ducks. The aim of this study was to determine effect of the addition of Moringa oleifera leaf in ration containing rice hull supplemented with starpig on performnace, production and carcass quality of bali duck
