Dietary Pattern, Protein Quality, Nutritional Status and Health Status in Vegetarian and Nonvegetarian Community Groups in Bali

Abstrak

This research is a collaborative study between the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Udayana University and the Department of Public Nutrition, IPB University and received a grant from the Neys van Hogstraten Foundation Netherlands. This research was conducted from April 2018 to November 2018, and the reporting was submitted at the end of 2019. This study used a sample of 240 people, of which 120 people were in the vegetarian and non-vegetarian groups.
