Abstrak
The long-term goal to be
achieved in research on the implementation of the responsibility of freight
companies express goods to consumer losses in Denpasar is the
formulation of public
policies that can be implemented effectively in the
community. The specific
target of this research is to find out the gaps in the implementation of legal
rules related to the various forms of responsibility of transport
companies in the city of
Denpasar. This study uses an empirical juridical research method, with the
regulatory approach and the fact approach.
The proposed activity
plan starts with finding discrepancies in carrying out the
responsibility of the
transport company in the laws and regulations, then collecting initial data
related to the names of the express transportation companies in
Denpasar and their
addresses, then looking again at the inconsistencies between the implementation
of the express transportation companies in Denpasar. with
statutory regulations.
Data analysis becomes the next stage, followed by holding a Focus Group
Discussion to absorb criticisms and suggestions related to data
validation and seek
suggestions related to legal theories, philosophies, and
legislation that will be
used to analyze and formulate public policy. The
formulation of public
policy becomes the final stage of this research, which is then disseminated and
arranged into outcomes in addition to other outcomes: journals
and copyrights.
