Abstrak


This research is entitled The Validity of the Cessie Agreement Through E-Commerce. The theme is motivated by the existence of a cessie agreement held through e-commerce media or through online media. In this study, it will examine the validity of the agreement. In practice, a debtor besides having a debt to a creditor also has a debt to another debtor, in this case called a third party. In line with such rapid technological developments, the repayment of debtors' debts to creditors can be transferred. That is, debtors' debts to creditors are transferred to third parties where these third parties have debts to debtors. Transfer of these receivables is referred to in the guarantee law as the Cessie. The long-term goal to be achieved in this research is to first examine the legal issues regarding the validity of an agreement made online. In the next stage or in the second research it is planned to examine the concepts used in the cessie agreement. In further research, a deeper study of the philosophy of the cessie agreement was carried out. So the long-term goal of this research includes three studies conducted by exploring more deeply the cessie agreement. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method that is studying the legal problems using positive legal norms in force. The cost required in this study is Rp. 25,000,000.00 (twenty-five million rupiah). The duration of this research requires 1 year.
