Academic Document Of Regional Regulation Draft About Retribution Of Regional Wealth Use In Denpasar City

This research was conducted because the city of Denpasar does not yet have local regulations governing the levies on the use of regional property that resulted in the receipt of the levies not being optimal so that it was unable to increase local revenue. Therefore, the theoretical, juridical and sociological bases are traced to provide academic arguments about the urgency of the formation of regional regulations on user levies on regional assets, so that they can become a scientific basis for the drafting of these regional regulations. In addition, it is also to provide direction and determine the scope and absorb input from the relevant Regional Apparatus for the preparation of the Regional Regulation on the Use of Regional Wealth Utilization.
