VILLAGE GOVERNMENT'S PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT AT THE GROWING CATEGORY VILLAGE IN GIANYAR REGENCY YEAR 2018

Abstrak

Implementation of village autonomy through village funds in its progress has not been able to increase the status of villages in Gianyar Regency as more categories of developing villages. This research uses mixed method method of combining qualitative and quantitative research to obtain more comprehensive data. Research objects are located in the developing villages based on the development index of the village. The results showed in Sukawati District in general the management of village funds has been good because the villages have entered the category of advanced and Independent. In Blahbatuh Sub-district, there needs to be increased management of village funds in effectiveness and efficiency especially in developing category villages. Meanwhile, in Gianyar sub-district, need to optimize village fund management from justice sector. Furthermore, in Tampaksiring sub-district especially in developing category villages need to increase the management of village funds from the aspect of usage, namely in the case of environmental resistance indicators. Furthermore, in the district of Ubud, the majority of villages have been in established and advanced category. Then Tegallalang subdistrict, need optimization of management and village from the aspect of effectiveness. Furthermore, the district of Payangan, became a district that quite many developing category villages. The growing category villages in the Payangan district need to improve the management of the aspects of usage especially for agriculture and plantation sectors. While in general, the aspect of the outcome of the results. The effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness and accuracy of the management of village funds according to respondents have been very good in its application.
