The partnership mechanism between the legislative and the executive is more seen in the process of public budgeting because it is in this function that it will be seen how the planning effort until the realization of public budgeting runs ideally. With qualitative descriptive method will be able to explain the variety of implementation of partnership between DPRD and executive in public budgeting process reviewed in process of planning until accountability of budget year 2016 in Denpasar City and form of support and obstacle that influence the process of partnership between DPRD and executive in Denpasar City.
