Penerapan Prinsip Mengenal Nasabah dalam Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi untuk Mendukung Penanggulangan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (Studi di PT. Monex Investindo Future dan PT. First State Bali)

Abstract: This research aims to knowing the Know Your Customer Principles in commodity futures Trade in the legal regulation in Indonesia and to know the implementation of Know Your Customer Principles at the futures brokerage company in Bali. Research method used in this research is empirical law research method, that is method which use primary research data as main data and secondary research data as supporting. This research uses two approaches, that is statute approach and analytical and conceptual approach. The Conclusion in this research there are two, first, the regulation of the Know Your Customer Principles in commodity futures Trade is regulated in Bappebti Regulation Number 2 Year 2016 on the Implementation of Know Your Customer Principles which compulsory each futures brokers to implemented the Know Your Customer Priciples to minimize business risks associated with money laundering crime. Second, Futures Brokers in Bali has implemented The Know Your Customer Principles but not in accordance with that provisions regulated in Bappebti Regulation Number 2 Year 2016 on the Implementation of Know Your Customer Principles.
