PASRAMAN dari Masyarakat, untuk Masyarakat, dan oleh Masyarakat

This paper discusses the role of pasraman as a special non-formal education institution of Hindus, who contribute to national education with the solution of the next generation who have the intelligence to uphold the values of goodness in Hinduism. Pasraman Bhuana Puja, in Karanganyar is a reflection of the process of implementing non-formal education based on Hinduism outside Bali. The implementation of education in Pasraman Bhuana Puja involves the participation of surrounding communities. Teachers not only from civil servants who are Hindus, but also from youth groups who have knowledge about a qualified religion. Hindu communities around pasraman participate in providing knowledge of religious facilities to the participants, so that there is cooperation between pasraman managers, local communities, and also local government.
