This study was to determine the difference of calcaneal eversion angle and gastrocnemius extensibility in normal, overweight, and obesity females in Mengesta Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency. This study is a cross-sectional study held on May 2015. Samples are selected using consecutive sampling technique and 78 samples are obtained from this technique then divided into 3 groups based from their body mass index (BMI). Group A is normal categories, group B is overweight categories, and group C is obesity categories. Normality test using Shapiro Wilk Test and homogeneity test using Levene’s Test had been done (p>0.05). Difference test using One Way ANOVA was done and the result for calcaneal eversion angle (SEC) is SEC overweight > normal (mean difference value = 2.000 ; p = 0.004), SEC obese > normal (mean difference value = 11.577 ; p = 0.000), and SEC obese > overweight (mean difference value = 9.577 ; p = 0.000) and for gastrocnemius extensibility (EG) is EG overweight < normal (mean difference value = 11.154 ; p = 0.000), EG obese < normal (mean difference value = 13.038 ; p = 0.000), and EG obese < overweight (mean difference value = 1.885 ; p = 0.004). So that, we can concluded that females with overweight and obesity problem had a greater cacaneal eversion angle than normal females and their gastrocnemius extensibility is smaller than normal females in Mengesta Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency (p <0.05).
