Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment, and individual spirituality. A total of 902 regional water company employees from Denpasar, Badung and Tabanan are included in this survey. The 200 people who took part in the survey were chosen on purpose. A multiple-choice questionnaire was used to collect data in this investigation. Data was collected and analyzed utilizing the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. R-square (R2), Q-Square Predictive Relevance (Q2), and Goodness of Fit (GOF) were all considered to be adequate (GoF). According to the first theory, a company's level of commitment is greatly enhanced by spiritual leadership. Secondly, spiritual leadership has a favorable impact on the level of workplace spirituality. The third hypothesis, which claims that spirituality in the workplace improves organizational commitment, is accepted. Fourth, personal spirituality has not been able to moderate workplace spirituality and organizational commitment, according to the theory.
