Abstrak
Judging from the geographical conditions of the area, Penatahan Village is included in the Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. This village is a plateau area with a height of +350 m above sea level. The climate condition of Penatahan Village is not much different from other villages in Penebel District. Penatahan Village has a tropical climate with an average temperature of 25o Celsius and a maximum of 32o Celsius, with an average humidity above 80%. The lowest rainfall is 2,800 mm and the highest is 3,293 mm. This data was obtained based on the ratio with other villages in the Penatahan Village environment. The existence of the tourism sector in Penatahan Village is growing. Mainstay tourism sites in Penatahan Village are Penatahan Hot Springs and Bali Silent Retreat. Penatahan Hot Spring is located on an area of 2.1 hectares, where the tourist attraction area has complete facilities such as ample parking, restaurants, cafeterias and resorts as a place to stay, and is surrounded by neatly arranged parks, so this hot spring is quite special and must be visited. Surrounded by UNESCO protected protected rice fields, forests, healing hot springs, and Mount Batukaru, it is suitable for calming the body and soul and reconnecting deep peace and silence. With this uniqueness, Penatahan Village has the opportunity to be developed as a Tourism Village in Tabanan Regency. Mainstay tourism potential of Penatahan Village requires packaging, management, creativity, and innovation from the Penatahan Village community itself. In addition to providing a variety of products and tourist attractions by packaging them into attractive and attractive tour packages, it is also necessary to have an opinion or perception of the people of Penatahan Village in relation to the development of Penatahan Village as a tourist village in Tabanan Regency. A qualitative approach with a combination of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), SWOT Matrix, and Likert Scale Analysis will find various opinions or perceptions of the Penatahan community related to the development of Penatahan Village as a tourist village in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency. The results of the data analysis will be presented in a descriptive qualitative manner which presents the opinions / perceptions of the community, the results of observations, theories, and concepts found in the field based on the informant's perspective which is then interpreted by the Research Team.
