Manajemen Koleksi Deposit di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Bali

The purpose of this research is to know the management of deposit collections in the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Bali, Which is held from April to May of 2017. Collection management must be done in the library to facilitate the retrieval of collections in need. This research is descriptive with qualitative approach. Informants in this research are staff and Section Head of Deposit, Section Head of Library Collection and Material Processing Development at Bali Archive and Library Service Office. The process of collecting data is done by interview and observation method. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it appears that the collection of deposit management in the Office of Archives and Library of Bali Province has done the best effort. The collection collection process starts from the collection planning done by hunting. This hunting activity is done by referring to Law Number 4 of 1990 concerning the transfer of printed and recording works. But even though already guided by the law still there are still publishers who have not meyerahkan results of his work to the Office of Archives and Library of Bali Province.
