Waste bank in Indonesia is known as a community-based waste disposal place, where people who own trash would be paid by the waste bank based on trash’s type and weight. A waste bank usually runs their business manually and typically is not integrated or having region-centralized data. This study focused on developing a web-based system which can manage more than one waste bank. Compared to the previous researches that cannot cover many waste bank business process in a system, this study developed an integrated web information system for a one-stop-services. The system was designed for integrating waste gathering and payment process. Integrated and centralize system facilitate waste bank and the government for monitoring data growth. A web-based system was considered because it has a high compatibility. The system developed with SaaS cloud computing and Google Maps API for location mapping. Three entities in the system were customers, waste bank, and super-admin (from Environment and Sanitary Office representative). The customer was able to do a waste transaction through the system. The waste bank would collect and manage the waste transaction, and it was monitored by a super-admin. Super-admin has an authority of reports related to the wastedisposal cycle. Some advantages of the system were having user-friendly interfaces, independent management system, no third-party apps for location routing, also integrating and centralize waste data. The system's advantages still followed by some disadvantages such as a needed of stable connection and security protocol issue.
