Agriculture sector development still faces various problems. This condition is caused by the farmer's application of technology are limited. Because of that, there is a study about designing and developing Agro Technopark in Plaga, Badung which has a purpose of creating a place for agriculture technology research, study, and development. The method used in designing and developing Agro Technopark is through primary and secondary data collecting technique, and also discussion technique by descriptive and comparative methods. Designing and developing Agro Technopark Plaga will generate some kind of plans, which one of them is plants and livestock waste plan. The application of plant and livestock waste which will be developed in Agro Technopark Plaga is orientating to zero waste production system concept, which means all of the plant and livestock wastes will be recycled and reused into the production cycle. Coffee plants waste in the form of seeds or coffee skin pulps which aren't used will be utilized as livestock feeds, whereas sludge waste in the form of solids will be used as compos, and the one in liquid form will be utilized as liquid fertilizer for plants. This Agro Technopark is expected to be able to accelerate technology transfer especially the agriculture one.
