Abstrak

Ubud District, especially in Ubud Village area is one of the tourism destinations in Bali Province. Tourism in Ubud District further highlight Bali Culture and also the natural beauty of Bali. Traditional Balinese Cuisine is one of Bali's cultural her- itages, often involved in the ceremonial rites in Bali Province. Many types of traditional Balinese food, one of them is cooking Babi Guling. Babi guling is one of the foods that can be an icon of traditional Balinese cuisine. In addition to Ubud food is also known for its natural atmosphere is still beautiful, is characterized by the many resorts located in the village of ubud that mejadikan nature atmosphere as the main attraction. To keep the natural atmosphere in Bali remains beautiful, especially in the village of Ubud it is necessary to attempt to preserve the environment from various fields. Green architecture is one of the efforts in the field of architecture to preserve the environment, by using building materi- als that environment ramh, besides by using materials that are the result of recycling, can also be said as a green archi- tecture concept.
