Villa Agrowisata Anggur di Buleleng Penerapan Pola Massa Cluster Pada Villa Agrowisata Anggur

Abstrak

Agrowisata Anggur Villa located at Raya Seririt Street, Singaraja, Temukus village, Banjar district, Buleleng regency. The decreasing of grapes cultivation and the increasing of tourism development in Buleleng become one of the considerations to make this Agrowisata Anggur Villa. This villa and agro-tourism facilities are expected to be tourists’ destination and at the same time to be a place for the grapes farmers to develop grapes cultivation. Cluster mass is the concept of mass effect that used in Agrowisata Anggur villa’s building. This concept is considered and used to make the function of each facilities which are villa an agro-tourism united and plaza or plants is used as a binder between buildings’ cluster. This cluster mass concept can be seen from the laying of building mass on layout by putting agro-tourism and villa as one cluster. Agrowisata Anggur Villa has educational facilities about the grapes plants in the form of nursery, vineyard treatment, wine museum, and how to process grapes into wine; strolling in the wineries and picking ripe grapes directly; and lodging in the form of villa that can be used by tourists to stay.
