ABSTRACT The Catholic Church is one of the very important buildings in the spiritual life of Catholics. The growth of Catholics in Bali each year increase significantly and led to increase demand figures of the Church, but the Catholic Church in Bali is still fairly minimal. It causes problems in fulfilling the capacity of the people at the time of worship in the church. To meet these needs, the chosen plan of the Catholic Church with the theme of neo-vernacular architecture. The layout and monetary affairs, as well as adapted to the materials used to create the impression that the theme of harmony with nature and still maintain the characteristics of the local architecture with a combination of modern architecture. The catholic church that located in the city of Denpasar has very complete facilities with different inner space design than the existing church. Keywords: Church, Catholic, Denpasar, Neo-Vernacular. ABSTRAK Gereja Katolik merupakan salah satu bangunan yang sangat berperan penting dalam kehidupan spiritual umat Katolik. Tingkat pertumbuhan umat Katolik di Bali setiap tahun meningkat secara signifikan dan menyebabkan angka permintaan Gereja jadi meningkat, namun Gereja Katolik yang ada di Bali masih terbilang sangat minim. Hal tersebut menyebabkan timbulnya permasalahan dalam pemenuhan kapasitas umat pada saat beribadah di Gereja. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, maka dipilihlah perencanaan Gereja Katolik dengan tema arsitektur neo-vernakular. Pengaturan tata letak peruangan, serta material yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan tema untuk menciptakan kesan yang selaras dengan alam dan tetap mempertahankan karakteristik arsitektur lokal dengan kombinasi arsitektur modern. Gereja Katolik yang terletak di Kota Denpasar ini memiliki fasilitas yang sangat lengkap dengan desain ruang dalam yang berbeda dibanding Gereja yang sudah ada.
