PENERAPAN KONSEP ARSITEKTUR MODERN MINIMALIS PADA APARTEMEN SEWA TIPE STUDIO Apartemen Sewa Bernuansa Harmoni di Badung, Bali

ABSTRACT The existence of an accommodation, especially an apartment is very necessary. Apart from tourists, apartments can also be inhabited by various groups such as students and employees. The apartment is a residence, where each house / residence is arranged vertically, located in one area and consists of several types to support the needs of its inhabitants. Apartments are divided into several types including studio type, business type, and family type. Based on the size of the room, the studio type has the smallest area of 18-25 square meters, where this type can be used as a multifunctional room such as: bedroom, kitchen, dining room and family room. In realizing the design applied the concept of modern minimalist architecture. The concept requires space with a simple style, where there is no excessive accent or decoration ornament such as carvings, minimal bulkhead or space separator. More space is open designed to feel wider, monotonous impression of the color of the wall. The facilities that will be designed will be simple and practical furniture by applying the basic color to the room in white and lighting with yellow lights so that the atmosphere of the room feels warm. Keywords: Apartment, Minimalist Modern Architecture, Studio-type ABSTRAK Keberadaan sebuah akomodasi penginapan khususnya apartemen sangat diperlukan. Selain wisatawan apartemen juga dapat dihuni oleh berbagai kalangan seperti pelajar, dan karyawan. Apartemen merupakan sebuah tempat tinggal, dimana tiap rumah/hunian disusun secara vertikal, berada pada satu kawasan dan terdiri dari beberapa tipe demi menunjang kebutuhan penghuninya. Apartemen terbagi menjadi beberapa tipe diantaranya tipe studio, tipe bisnis, dan tipe keluarga. Berdasarkan luas ruang, tipe studio memiliki luas yang paling kecil yaitu 18-25 meter persegi, dimana tipe ini dapat digunakan sebagai ruangan multifungsi seperti: ruang tidur, dapur, ruang makan dan ruang keluarga. Dalam mewujudkan desain diterapkan konsep arsitektur modern minimalis. Konsep tersebut mengharuskan ruang dengan gaya simpel, dimana tidak terdapat aksen atau ornament dekorasi yang berlebihan seperti ukir-ukiran, minimnya sekat atau pemisah ruang. Ruang lebih banyak didesain terbuka agar terasa lebih luas, kesan yang monoton dari warna dinding. Fasilitas yang akan dirancang nantinya furnitur yang simpel dan praktis dengan mengaplikasikan warna dasar pada ruangan adalah warna putih dan pencahayaan dengan lampu warna kuning agar suasana ruang terasa hangat.
