There are many types of vegetable oil, such as palm oil. It is raw material for making cooking oil. Cooking oil would be in high temperature for long time when it got processed. The main damage caused by repeated processing of cooking oil is that the free fatty acid (FFA) level increased, in addition viscosity and iodine number as well. Furthermore, the rest of cooking oil or waste cooking oil (WCO) is usually being thrown away. Despite it has high content of FFA, WCO can be used as an alternative fuel on the pressure stove. WCO has physical characteristics, like flash point and viscosity that much greater than kerosene. The viscosity of WCO can be lowered by pre-heating and giving the certain pressure. WCO full of pressure and nozzle geometry caused the liquid turning into small particle. Then, the particle were reduced into smaller part named droplet. Every spraying process produced a particle with great range, which was expressed as a range of particles size distribution. Keywords: droplet, waste cooking oil, viscosity, particles size distribution.
