Variasi Panjang Kaki Kerbau Lumpur (Bubalus Bubalis) Di Kabupaten Jembrana Bali - Panjang Humerus- Metacarpus dan Femur- Metatarsus

Swamp buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) is a considerable livestock that potential to be developed in the area of agriculture. This study was conducted to examine the variation of swamp buffalo limb length (the length of humerus - metacarpus and femur - metatarsus) from two block in Jembrana Regency, Bali. The result showed that in West Block the length from scapulo humeral joint until humero antebrachial joint was the most uniform parameter, on the other hand, the length from humero antebrachial joint until metacarpo phalangeal joint was the most diverse. In the East Block, the length from humero tibial joint until metatarso phalangeal joint was the most uniform parameter, and the length from the proximal extrimity of femor until metacarpo phalangeal joint was the most diverse
