Hubungan Antara Dimensi Panjang Induk Dengan Pedet Pada Sapi Bali

Abstract, This research aimed to determine the relation between the size of the body part of dam calf in bali cattle and to get cattle,s influence calve,s size. 20 dams and 20 calves each calf 10 male and 10 female new born calves from Getasan Village, District Petang, Badung Regency. Data of the sizes were anayzed by linear regression. While the sex affect on body size in determine by t test. T test results indicated the sex of the calf did not significantly (P>0.05) affect the relation between the size of the dams with the calves. But there is a relation between the size of the dams with the calves and there is a comparison the size of each dams with calves. The most accurate relation starting from the size of the ear, neck size, size of head, tail size and size of the ear. Keywords: calf, bali cattle, size
