The Impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Organizational Performance A Case of Credit Cooperatives in Bali Indonesia

Abstract In Bali Indonesia the financial institution which supports the development of the people's economy is the cooperative. However not all cooperatives are categorized as healthy. As some coperatives are cateegorized as unhealthy, improvements and guidances are needed, especilly in term of the leadership of cooperative manager and the organizational commitment of cooperative employee. The reasearch aim to analyze the effect of entrepreuneurial leadership on organizational performance and the the mediating role of organization comitment in the inpluence of both variabels on credit cooperatives in Tabanan Regency Bali Province Indonesia. The result population consitts of 210 cooperative industries, 136 sampeles conducted using propostional random sampling method collected by the 10 district. The Anallysis metohd use in the path analysis. The research resulth shows that entrepreneurial leadership of copperative manager and the organization commitmnet have influence on organizational performance on the coperatives, there is a need to strengthen the entrepreneurial leadership of the coprtative managers and increase the organizational commitment.
