Abstrak
Turnover intention is the desire of an employee to leave the company. The higher the employee turnover rate, the greater the loss for the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress on turnover intention through burnout as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Badung regency communication and informatics office. The population in this study amounted to 87 employees through the saturation sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires. The data was then analyzed using path analysis. The results show that work stress and burnout havepositive and significant effectsatturnover intention. Work stress has a positive significant effecton burnout. Burnout significantly mediates the relationship between work stress and turnover intention.
