PENGARUH FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENT DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJA LEPAS (FREELANCERS) DI PROVINSI BALI

Abstrak
Flexible work arrangement is a form of work practice that has parts such as job-sharing, telecommuting, flextime, and so on. Flexible work practices have been widely applied to accommodate the needs of workers and manage work. Flexible working hours and methods will make it easier for workers to harmonize their work and social schedules.This research was conducted on all freelancers in the province of Bali. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to all freelancers in the province of Bali. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the flexible work arrangement affects the productivity of freelancers effectively with the response of freelancers who feel that with this work system they are more flexible in managing their work schedules, happier, more productive, and closer to their families. Job satisfaction has an effect on work productivity. It can be seen that there is a significant positive correlation (correlation) between job satisfaction and the productivity of freelancers.
