PENGARUH JOB INSECURTY TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN KONTRAK DI BALI DYNASTY RESORT

Abstrak

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention,serta kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan kontrak Bali Dynasty Resort. Populasi digunakan sebanyak 61 orang dengan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkanjob insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.Merespon keinginan serta memahami perasaan karyawan adalah cara yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Menurunkanjob insecurity karyawan kontrak Bali Dynasty Resort dilakukan dengan cara menurunkan kegelisahan, ketidakamanan pekerjaan dan pesimis karyawan terhadap pekerjaan. Kata kunci: job insecurity, kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention ABSTRACT This study determine the effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction, job insecurity determine the effect on employee turnover intention in the contract, determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention in the contract made in Bali Dynasty Resort. The population in this study are 61 people used path analysis.This study resulted that job insecurity has signifikan negative effect on employee job satisfaction and signifikan positive on turnover intention. Employee satisfaction signifikan negative turnover intention. Responding and understanding to the employee's feelings toward their job is the recommended way to increase employee satisfaction. Lowering job insecurity of contract employees Bali Dynasty Resort is done by lowering anxiety, insecurity jobs and pessimistic about the job. Lowering turnover intention of contract employee Bali Dynasty Resort is advisable to provide other employment opportunities, and the desire to stop looking for another job.
