The Influence Of Organizational Culture On Profitability With Corporate Governance And Risk Of Banks As Mediator In Banks Of People's Credities In Bali

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture extracted from local wisdom, corporate governance, and bank risk on profitability; and the influence of organizational culture on corporate governance, and bank risk. This research was conducted at BPR in the Province of Bali totaling 138 BPR. the number of samples was 58, taken by proposive sampling. Data analysis techniques with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The test results show (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on profitability, (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant positive effect on corporate governance; (3) Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on profitability (4) Organizational Culture has a negative and significant effect on bank risk (5) Bank risk has a negative and significant effect on profitability. (6) Corporate governance and bank risk are able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on profitability. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Profitability, Bank Risk, Corporate Governance.
