Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of store environment and time pressure on impulsive buying mediated emotional state. The population in this study was the visitors Tiara Dewata. The sampling method used was purposive sampilng, in order to obtain as many as 130 respondents. Analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the Sobel test. The results showed that the store environment and time pressure had significant positive effect on the emotional state and impulsive purchases; emotional state positive had significant effect on impulsive purchases; emotional state was significant in mediating the effects of store environment and time pressure on impulse purchases. In this study, expected to be useful for the management of Tiara Dewata to assist in increasing the number of visits and purchases increase by optimization of the store environment.
