KONDISI PASAR KERJA DI PROVINSI BALI IMPLEMENTASI UNDANG-UNDANG WAJIB LAPOR KETENAGAKERJAAN DI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract : Work Market Condition in Bali Province: The Implementation of Law of Employment Act in Company. This study aims to analyze the company’s reporting conditions on existing employment opportunities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 1981, to analyze the level of development of job seeker data in Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Departement of Labor) who reported that he was looking for work in the Province of Bali and to assess the level of job seeker development can be placed by the Departement of Labor as an intermediary in the labor market in Bali Province. This research was conducted in all labor departement in Bali Province (9 districts / cities). In addition, 100 companies and 100 workers/job seekers in all districts/cities were surveyed. The results showed: 1) Not all respondents of the company reported their labor conditions to the Departement of Labor periodically; 2) the rate of job seeker development by district/city fluctuate; 3) job fair activities is a way of distributed job seekers by Bali Province Labor Department. Some suggestions that can be proposed include monitoring activities can be done more intensively or extensively to companies so as to raise awareness to report. It may require companies that will seek a new workforce to require a yellow card in the job seeker application. Programs disseminate information through CIE (Communication, Information, and Education) on mandatory reporting of employment firms can be done more effectively, so their KAP (Knowledge, Attitude and Practice) will be improved. Cooperation is needed between Labor Department and the agency or business to eliminate the labor inspection law in the company.
