ANALISIS SKALA EKONOMIS PADA INDUSTRI KAIN BATIK DI KOTA DENPASAR

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal dan tenaga kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap produksi industri kain batik di Kota Denpasar serta mengetahui skala ekonomis dan sifat produksi industri kain batik di Kota Denpasar, dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang transformasi dengan model Cobb-Douglas. Berdasarkan perhitungan sampel, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak 38 pengusaha. Dengan hasil penelitian secara simultan maupun parsial tenaga kerja dan modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi industri kain batik dengan tingkat signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Skala ekonomis industri kain batik di Kota Denpasar adalah increasing return to scale dengan jumlah koefisien regresi sebesar 1,091. Sifat produksi industri kain batik adalah padat karya ditunjukan oleh koefisien regresi tenaga kerja lebih besar dari modal. Kata Kunci: Skala ekonomis, Industri, Produksi, Modal, Tenaga kerja. ABSTRACT The intention of this research were to know the effect of capital and labor simultaneously and partially on the industrial production of batik cloth in Denpasar and know the economies of scale and nature of industrial production of batik cloth in the city of Denpasar, the analysis technique is multiple linear regression transformed with the Cobb-Douglas models. Based on the calculation of the sample, the study was conducted using respondents were 38 employers. The result showed that simultaneous or partial labor and capital significantly influence industrial production of batik cloth with a significance level of less than 0.05. Economies of scale batik industry in Denpasar are increasing returns to scale with the amount of regression coefficients is 1.091. The nature of the industrial production of batik cloth is labor intensive, by the regression coefficient of labor greater than the capital.
