PERENCANAAN AGREGAT PRODUK SELAI BUAH DENGAN METODE TRANSPORTASI STUDI KASUS PT. BALI FRUIT, DALUNG, KUTA UTARA, BADUNG

The research was carried out in PT. Bali Fruit, Dalung, North Kuta, Badung. The product produced is homemade fruit jams. Demand forecasting is done due to fluctuating demand in this company. Production planning on the company yet effective so that the aggregate planning is required to know the most minimum production cost. The purpose of this research is to determine the standard time of jam production, demand forecasting, and the proper aggregate planning. The methods used in demand forecast is Simple Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Linear. Aggregate planning method used is the Transportation method with the alternative is labor fixed and labor changed. The standard time of mango jam, pineapple jam, and strawberry jam production is 1,09 hour/kg. Demand forecasting that should be done is with the method of Exponential Smoothing with ? = 0.9. Forecasting results made reference as the number of requests for aggregate planning. The proper aggregate planning is with the alternative labor changed because it produces the most minimum production costs i.e. Rp 422,160,690.69 for May until October 2019.
