Pengaruh employee relation terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di intercontinental bali resort

Abstrak

This research conducted in InterContinental Bali Resort and based on the number of complaints that occurred at the InterContinental Bali Resort shows that the complaints level that occurred has exceeded the target that has been determined to show and also the decline in the quality of employee performance and still the attitude of undisciplined employees in attendance, then the management tried to increase employee motivation to increase productivity and discipline through employee relations. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of employee relationships and their effects on employee motivation. Data collection techniques in this study was done by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature stadi. Sampling technique using a stratified sampling technique and the number of samples used as many as 84 respondents. Data processed by using SPSS version 21 for windows. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative analysis, using a test instrument that is validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis and t_test test with significance level of 5 percent. Based on the results of employee relations that have been done to improve employee motivation at InterContinental Bali Resort are: (1) training and education program (2) award program (3) special event program consist of (4) internal communication media program (5) employee communication (6) assessment of employee attitude (7) counseling program and (8) new safety and technology program. Result of Ttest (test) known that there are positive and significant influence between employee relation to work motivation at InterContinental Bali Resort with value ????????????????????????? 7,541 > ttabel 1,663. Based on these results management should continue to implement employee relations because it has been proved to able to increase work motivation in the hope of corporate goals can be achieved.
