Abstrak
This research is motivated by the inequality of economic activity and development of a number of villages that were around the object Tourism Attraction emerging. The development of tourism activities Sangeh only impact the development of economic activities in the Village Sangeh only and does not provide an optimal multiplier effect impacts to the surrounding region. With this research can be formulated in the identification of potential ecotourism activities, a management model for ecotourism and the formulation of the potential of ecotourism management strategies will be developed. In general, the implementation of research combining the basic principles of ecotourism are applied to existing tourism potential and continuing with the use of methods such as decision making Datum Method and AHP method. At the end of the mechanism formulated by the management strategy SWOT analysis and continuing with efforts to formulate QSPM Analysis - efforts to implement strategic priorities based on assessments from a number of sources. In each stage of the method of decision-making, valuation comparisons between variables using paired comparison technique.
