Prospek Tenaga Kerja Bali di Kapal Pesiar Mediterranian Shipping Company (Studi Kasus PT. Paradise Citra Dewata)

This study discusses and examines the prospects and workforce working in cruise Bali Mediteranian Shipping. This study used quantitatives and qualitative approaches. Data were colleted by Observation, in interviews, documentation of quistioners to 91 and then analyzed using trend analysis of assess the prospects for employment in the Bali Cruise Mediteranian Shipping Company and quantitative descriptive analysis to assess the motivation of the workforce Bali. Based on the analysis of the findings obtained that employment prospect in bali cruises mediteranian shipping company potential. Bali workforced to work on a cruise ship is dominant because of economic motivation, in an effort to improve the status of their families in the community. Balinese people suggested better prepare them selves in the face of increasing competitive in the job market, especially on cruise ships and government members are expeted to be able to facilitate the employment of bali who want to work on cruise ships, through the provision of education and training to improve the competency of the workforce in Bali.
