Abstrak
This paper is a conceptual paper which tried to review from relevance literaturs namely books and journals that relationships with marketing concept,life style and destination management to achieve sustainability quality of experiences. Essentially marketing is consumer satisfaction which raising from terminology of sustainable customer satisfaction (Jamrozy, 2003. Nevertheless many literatures drew about quality of experiences such as Moscardo,(2003); Wall and Mathieson, (2006); Reisinger,(2009) Fullerton et.al, (2010). Achieving sustainability of quality experiences needed a specific strategy. In this paper author integrated societal marketing concept, life style of customer and destination management. The result is a model that integrated between marketing concept, life style of customer and destination management proceed sustainability quality of experiences that call as Sustainable Quality Experiences Model(SQEM)
