Abstrak

This paper is explored research about an image of destination convince back to all of us emerging of marketing in tourism and hospitality. This study compared research results from many kinds of literature namely books and articles related to the marketing of tourism and destination. Aims of this paper are built and rebuild commitment all of the tourism stakeholders that marketing and destination image is critical and soul of organizations sustainability. Emerging of understanding of consumer behavior and tourism system is discussed in this paper. Results of this paper is a model in the understanding of consumer and harness a potential tourism destination. This paper expected can be rich academic atmosphere and strategy to marketing product and destination by private sector, government, and academic institutions Keywords: Destination, Tourist, Image, Development
