DAMPAK PARIWISATA TERHADAP TRANSFORMASI STRUKTUR TENAGA KERJA DAN PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA DI DESA WISATA BALI

This research aims to examine tourism impact on household employment and income structure in two tourism villages in Bali (Penglipuran and Ubud). Thirty respondents were chosen in each village (total were 60 respondents) based on non-proportional random sampling technique. Research results indicate that tourism has transformed the structure of employment and income of respondent’s household in two tourism villages from primary sector (agriculture) to tertiary sector (tourism).
