Subak Mambal and Subak Pagutan are usingthe river atyung as irrigated rice field. The purpose of this study are to determine of the factorsthat influence the rice production at both of subak. Analysis of difference between riceproduction at subak mambal and subak pagutan , where rice production at subakmambal higher tahn subak pagutan. The contrains of water irrigation at subak Mambal is clogged of irrigation canalsdue to the garbage and for subak Pagutan are :(1) the damage of system irrigation, (2)pest crab, (3)garbage,(4) silting of rivers
