Pengaruh Penambahan Perak (Ag) Terhadap Pembentukan Superkonduktor Y-247 (Y2Ba4Cu7O15-d) Dengan Metode Wet-Mixing

Abstrak

Abstrak – Telah diteliti mengenai pengaruh penambahan perak (Ag) pada pembentukan superkonduktor Y-247 (Y 2 Ba 4 Cu 7 O 15-? ) dengan metode wet-mixing. Proses sintesis dilakukan dengan kalsinasi pada suhu 600 o C selama 3 jam dan sintering pada suhu 925 o C selama 10 jam. Variasi peningkatan penambahan Ag yang digunakan adalah Ag 0,05 , Ag 0,1 , Ag 0,15 dan Ag 0,2 . Karakterisasi X- Ray Diffraction (XRD), menunjukkan peningkatan penambahan Ag mengakibatkan menurunnya fraksi volume, dimana fraksi volume yang diperoleh berturut-turut adalah 55,0%, 51,3%, 50,9% dan 46,3%. Ukuran partikel yang diperoleh yaitu 159,30 nm, 161,37 nm, 171,05 nm dan 144,90 nm. Peningkatan penambahan Ag mengakibatkan meningkatnya nilai parameter kisi pada arah sumbu a yaitu 3,824753 Å; 3,829183 Å; 3,829298 Å; 3,829336 Å dan menurunnya nilai parameter kisi pada arah sumbu b yaitu 3,842667 Å; 3,841572 Å; 3,840908 Å; 3,838305 Å dan nilai parameter kisi pada arah sumbu c adalah 49,217445 Å; 49,202263 Å; 49,188105 Å; 49,176113 Å. Analisis hasil karakterisasi Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), ukuran partikel yang didapat adalah 225,47416 nm, 202,88304 nm, 190,6803 nm dan 172,22308 nm. Karakterisasi Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) menunjukkan bahwa gugus fungsi yang terdapat pada masing-masing sampel adalah Aromatik Meta, Alkil CH 3 (Bending), Alkil C-H (stretching), Alkohol, Fenol, Asam Karboksilat OH (asamkarboksilat, ikatan hidrogen) dan Alkohol, Fenol, Asam Karboksilat OH (alkohol, fenol, ikatan hidrogen). Kata kunci: Superkonduktor Y 2 Ba 4 Cu 7 O 15-? , metode wet-mixing, penambahan perak (Ag), XRD, SEM, FTIR. Abstract – It has been researched about the effect of adding silver (Ag) on ??superconducting Y-247 (Y 2 Ba 4 Cu 7 O 15-? ) used the wet-mixing method. The synthesis process was carried out by calcination at 600 o C for 3 hours and sintered at 925 o C for 10 hours. Variations in the increase in the addition of Ag used were Ag 0.05 , Ag 0.1 , Ag 0.15 and Ag 0.2 . Characterization of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), showed an increase in the addition of Ag resulting in a decrease in the volume fraction, where the volume fractions obtained consecutive were 55.0%, 51.3%, 50.9% and 46.3%. The particle size obtained were 159.30 nm, 161.37 nm, 171.05 nm and 144.90 nm. The increase in the addition of Ag results in an increase in the value of the lattice parameter in the direction of a axis which is 3,824753 Å; 3,829183 Å; 3,829298 Å; 3,829336 Å and the decrease in the value of the lattice parameter in the direction of b-axis were 3,842667 Å; 3,841572 Å; 3,840908 Å; 3,838305 Å and the lattice parameter in the direction of c-axis value were 49,217445 Å; 49,202263 Å; 49,188105 Å; 49,176113 Å. Analysis of the results of the characterization of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), the particle size obtained was 225.47416 nm, 202.88304 nm, 190.6803 nm and 172.22308 nm. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) characterization showed that the functional groups contained in each sample were Meta Aromatic, Alkyl CH 3 (Bending), Alkyl CH (stretching), Alcohol, Phenol, Carboxylic Acid OH (carboxylic acid, hydrogen bonds) and Alcohol , Phenol, OH Carboxylic Acid (alcohol, phenol, hydrogen bond).
