The ability to create jobs themselves as entrepreneurs is still a constraint at Udayana University. Most graduates still as a job seeker after completion of their studies. Various attempts to create new entrepreneurs have been carried out at the University of Udayana, but yet achieve optimal results because it has not done in an integrated and sustainable. The factis encouraging conduct entrepreneurship development programs more integrated and based on science and technology at the University of Udayana. The method applied in entrepreneurship development involves three stages, namely the appearance of business interests, the creation of commodity businesses, and business incubation. Selection is based tenan entrepreneurial ability level and the availability of viable research results developed into a commodity business, business commodity specified in the excellence of products economically. Tenan coaching method comprises the preparation of the feasibility of training the first two months, followed by technical training effort commodity production next 3 months, ending with the establishment of business consulting services. Results showed that the program Technopreneurship at Udayana University has been running well. Interest of students to attend the program is very high. The number of students who participate in the selection as many as 125 people from 8 faculties. Of these, 60 participants were selected for training appearance business interests. The training materials include: management training motivation (MMT), Technical Motivation Training (TMT), and Bissnis Plan. Advisory product development and business incubation followed by 22 people, containing the nursery marrygold 5 people, 2 rareangon massage therapy, oyster mushroom cultivation 4, edutani 4 people, verticulture instalation 3 people, and melon farming 4 people. For three years successfully created as many as 15 new entrepreneurs namely, edutani 3, 3 oyster mushrooms, massage therapy rareangon 2, 3 gold merry nursery, 2 verticulture instalation, and melon farming 3.
