Introduksi produk susu fermentasi kefir dan strategi pemasarannya di lingkungan kampus unud denpasar

Abstrak

The purpose of this activity is done introduce health potential of fermented milk products "kefir" to the scientific community in Denpasar, Udayana University campus and effort marketing strategy. The methods of activities carried out starting with the production of fermented milk "kefir" in animal faculty, Unud and continued with socialization in the campus comunity and randomly selected 20 persons as participants and give his evaluation of the product is introduced. this activity itself is conducted on june 3, 2015. The results of the socialization of the scientific community on campus Udayana University Denpasar showed a positive response to the product is called :kefir". As many as 75% of the 20 participants were randomized in socialization is considered that this product is preferred both in terms of color and flavor. As many as 5% who disliked and suspected as yet unfamiliar fermentation consume milk. Most of the participants had never consumed fermented milk type "kefir". Conclusion this service activities that encourage creativity in product innovation campus received a positive response. Marketing strategy door to door and was followed by the distribution of brochures on the benefits of consuming milk is the right choise of marketing strategies. Kata kunci: kefir, introduce, health
