Introduksi Produk Susu Fermentasi Kefir dan Strategi Pemasarannya dilingkungan Kampus unud Denpasar

Abstrak

The purpose of this activity is to introduce the health potential of fermented milk products kefir to the scientific community in Denpasar University Campus. It is also intended to as an effort in marketing strategy.The methode of activities were carried out starting with the production of fermented milk kefir in Husbandry Faculty. Unud and continued with socialization in the campus community and randomly of the socializationted 20 persons as participants and givens the evaluation of the introduced product. This activity was conducted on Juni 3,2015. The result of the socialization showed that there were positive responses to the product called kefir. The total of 75 % 0f the participants were randomized insocialization considered that this product is prefered both interms of color and flavor. As many as 5% who dislied and susupected as yet unfamiliar fermentation consumed. It can be concluded that this service activities could creativity in production, having positive response, marketing, strategi door to door. It was fallewed by the distribution brochures on the benefits of consuming milk which is the right choice of marketing strategis. Key words: kefir,introduced,healt
