Abstrak

The aimed of this study was to find out the level of energy which was abled to improve the nutrient ration digestibility on bali cattle 7 months pregnancy. The study was conducted at the Bali Catle Research Centre Sobangan, for 3 months. 12 pregnant bali cattle was used and was given treatment of different levels energy and those cattle were grouped based on their body weight into three and was used as a replication. The level energy given were 2000 kcal ME/kg (A), 2100 kcal ME/kg (B), 2200 kcal ME/kg (C), 2300 kcal ME/kg (D),where the body weight were 300 kg ± 23,31. Ration and sample were analyzed at the Laboratory Animal Nutrition and Feed Faculty of Animal Husbandry Udayana University. The experimental study randomized block design (RDB) has been used in this study, with the variables observed were drymatter, organic matter, crude fiber and crude protein digestibility. The result of the study showed that the more energy level in the ration the higher of the drymatter, organic matter, crude fiber and crude protein digestibility of the 7 months bali cattle pregnant, and it was treatment D in this study, however that result was not statitiscally different. Crude protein digestibility on the other hand, it was the lowest compare to other groups. Similarly, it was statistically not different either. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the energy level of 2000-2300 kcal ME/kg ration, did not effect the dry matter, organic matter, crude fiber and crude protein digestibility on bali cattle 7 months pregnant.
