STUDI DESKRIPTIF UNTUK MENGETAHUI RATA-RATA PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH SETELAH OLAHRAGA FUTSAL SELAMA 15 MENIT

Abstrak
The most favorite sports lately is futsal which needs speed and good endurance because it has an impact to player’s health. Heart works hard to do blood supply to all of our body’s part which is depend on blood pressure when we are exercising. There’s a phase when people have got low blood pressure or hypotension. When they have got low blood pressure, there will be some symptoms appear. There’s a limited study and research about this especially for futsal player every 15 minutes of 1 hour. Because of that, the prevention of post exerciseheart attack hasn’t known scientifically. This study was descriptive quantitative approached using cross-sectional methode. This research was conducted at futsal field in Denpasar in one month. Population in this study were 24 medical futsal players in Denpasar using random sampling technique. The instrument used wasprimary data such as anamnesis and questionnaire about self-information, frequency of exercise, exercise duration, and the examination of blood pressure by spignomanometer. Analyzing technique is descriptive and presented in narrative with table or chart. The result showed the average of blood pressure before and after exercise increased 11,7% for systole and 15,2% for diastole. The descendent of blood pressure from 0 to 15 minutes after exercise was 9,9% for systole and 7,5% for diastole. The descendent of blood pressure from 0 to 30 minutes after exercise was 17,7% for systole and 18,1% for diastole. The descendent of blood pressure from 0 to 45 minutes after exercise was 22,5% for systole and 25,6% for diastole. The descendent of blood pressure from 30 to 45 minutes after exercise was5,8% for systole and 9,1% for diastole. The descendent of blood pressure from 45 to 60 minutes after exercise was4,3% for systole and 4,1% for diastole. The conclusion of this study is blood pressure decrease significantly from 0 until 45 minutes after exercise, and then increase again until reaching the normal rate from 45 until 60 minutes after exercise.
