IMPLEMENTASI OTOPSI FORENSIK DI INSTALASI KEDOKTERAN FORENSIK RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PUSAT SANGLAH DENPASAR

Thesis entitled: Implementation of Forensic Autopsy at Forensic Department of Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar. This explanatory thesis uses two different sources of data which includes literatures based on law enforcement and approach through descriptive analysis. Forensic autopsy is an examination which is done on a cadaver upon request from police in order to determine the abnormalities that could have been the cause of death. Implementation of forensic autopsy regulated as act 133 and 134 of Procedure of Criminal Law whereby its application in Forensic Department of Sanglah Sanglah has been restricted due to several aspects of law enforcer, judiciary, utilities, facilities, community and culture.
